What Youll Be Doing
- Lead and oversee quality control processes to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain highquality standards.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Train and mentor quality control staff to enhance their skills and performance.
What Are We Looking For
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in hot mix asphalt quality control methodologies and tools.
- Technical abilities for hot mix asphalt mix designs
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.
