Tasks
The Role
Were seeking an exceptional Growth Marketing Manager to build and lead our marketing function from the ground up. This is a unique opportunity to work directly with our founding team and make a significant impact as we scale. Think of it as building your own marketing department with the backing of serious VC funding and a product that customers love.
Your Impact
As our Growth Marketing Manager youll be the strategic force behind our growth initiatives. Heres what youll own:
Creative Leadership
- Develop and test innovative funnel offer and ad concepts (video & static) that drive real results
- Lead the creative production process endtoend from briefing to execution
- Build relationships with creators and manage video content production
- Transform customer success stories into compelling case studies
- Craft platformspecific copy that resonates with our target audiences
Growth Strategy
- Architect and execute multichannel growth strategies (Google Meta LinkedIn)
- Create highconverting landing pages using Webflow
- Own our paid marketing campaigns across all platforms
- Use datadriven insights to continuously optimize performance
- Develop unique storylines for different customer segments (entrepreneurs software buyers recruiters IT professionals)
Requirements
Your Profile
Youre a growth specialist with the perfect blend of creativity and analytical thinking:
- Degree from a toptier university
- Minimum two years of experience in a fastscaling SaaS or eCommerce business
- Proven track record in videobased marketing campaigns with measurable results
- Strong eye for design and understanding of brand aesthetics
- Experience in A/B testing and performance optimization
- Excellence in project management and stakeholder communication
- Expertise in landing page creation (Webflow)
- Mastery of paid advertising platforms
- Proficiency with modern marketing tools and AI
- Fluent in German and English (German is mandatory)
- Ability to thrive in fastpaced environments
