We are seeking a Senior Finance Manager to join our dynamic team in Berlin (Pankow district). The ideal candidate will be fluent in German highly businessoriented and eager to make an impact in a fastpaced environment.
Tasks
- Act as a strategic business partner to the commercial team supporting expansion plans and changes in business models.
- Develop financial models forecasts and budgets to drive decisionmaking and provide actionable insights.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams (Logistics Commercial Regulatory) to evaluate the financial implications of business strategies.
- Ensure compliance with local financial regulations and company policies including VAT customs and local taxes.
- Oversee and ensure the accuracy and compliance of payrollrelated processes working closely with internal HR and external providers to secure timely and correct employee compensation.
- Oversee the procuretopay process to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Support crossdepartmental digital transformation initiatives ensuring financial alignment and accuracy.
Requirements
- Fluency in German (C1 or above) and proficiency in English.
- At least 5 years of experience in financial analysis data analytics or a similar role (ecommerce experience preferred).
- Strong expertise in Excel (advanced functions financial modeling) and data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI).
- Excellent problemsolving skills and the ability to work with large data sets.

- Technical proficiency ideally with experience in Amazon/ecommerce finance.
