Could you be the fulltime O&M Partnerships Senior Manager in a location flexible within Europe were looking for
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your comprehensive and strategic expertise in a new cuttingedge field. Youll work alongside innovative dedicated and outcomefocused teammates.
Youll lead all aspects of an O&M bid including in Joint Ventures Consortiums or other Partnership models. Daytoday youll work closely with teams across the business (like regional teams technical experts and financial analysts) ensuring the O&M strategy is comprehensive adequately costed and commercially and contractually sound and much more.
Youll specifically take care of representing the O&M Proponent/Contractor both technically and commercially but also engage in stakeholder management to develop solutions tools and processes for bids and projects.
Well look to you for:
- Defining bid strategy and supporting multidisciplinary topics in O&M bids
- Supporting the development of Service/O&M Contractor Agreements and Interface Agreements
- Identifying optimization and innovation opportunities preparing business cases and implementation plans
- Engaging stakeholders to develop solutions tools and processes for bids and projects
- Early involvement in O&M opportunities to support growth objectives
- Guidance and leadership to bid management teams and multidisciplinary teams

- Masters degree in a technical and/or business field
- Broad knowledge of railway systems maintenance and operating requirements
- Experience bidding O&M opportunities with various contract types
- Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary teams
- Experience working with designbuilders to achieve optimal whole life cost
- Experience delivering maintenance and/or operation on an operating railway
- Strong analytical financial and technical capabilities
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Leadership skills with the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams
- Conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- Curiosity and decisionmaking skills
