Job Description
Join Resideos Software Program Management group as a Technical Program Manager where you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of critical programs. In this role you will collaborate with worldclass engineers and leaders to define program schedules align milestones with strategic objectives and ensure timely delivery of innovative solutions in the IoT SaaS and platform domains. You will oversee performance metrics streamline processes and actively contribute to businesscritical initiatives that support Resideos technology roadmap.
This position requires creative problemsolving to anticipate challenges in program identify bottlenecks and work collaboratively with teams to implement effective mitigations. You will lead the development and maintenance of a robust program management framework while driving operational improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the organization. By leveraging global best practices you will contribute to the continuous evolution of Resideos products technologies and management strategies.
Ideal candidates will have a strong background in program management leadership abilities and a passion for delivering impactful results in a fastpaced innovative productdriven environment.
JOB DUTIES:
- Develop and manage project schedules and milestones to ensure timely delivery.
- Oversee release activities from planning through and delivery.
- Create and analyze project estimates to support accurate planning.
- Develop cost projections and conduct comprehensive budget analyses.
- Design track and report on key performance metrics to monitor progress and success.
- Identify manage and mitigate risks issues and dependencies providing regular status updates.
- Ensure project performance aligns with budget schedule scope and quality objectives.
- Facilitate Scrum of Scrums to coordinate and drive progress across endtoend projects.
YOU MUST HAVE:
- 5 years of Program Management experience leading multiteam software development programs with embedded/IoT Program Management experience preferred.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and with project management tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Experience collaborating crossfunctionally with a focus on empowering teams and ensuring clear visibility into progress milestones and risks.

- The typical base salary for this role ranges from $USD per year but varies by specific work location. Within a range Resideo determines base pay for an individual based on various factors including market conditions skills and experience.
