Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Works to achieve operational targets with major impact on the departmental results.
- Responsible for management of tax compliance for a portfolio of international entities
- Preparation and review of CIT returns advance tax computations.
- Tax accounting including tax provisioning and deferred tax accounting
- Support to other taxcompliance requirements like transfer pricing reports CbCR. Pillar2.
- Leading income tax audits assessments appeals and other notice received from the government authorities.
- Responsible for tax accounts reconciliations in BlackLine for the portfolio of countries
- Acquisitions integration management.
- Legal entity management from tax perspective liquidations mergers strike offs closing returns.
- Assist and lead leading edge projects initiatives from tax and systems perspective.
- Providing guidance to other functions for the expertise area.
- Leading continuous improvements process initiatives.
Skills Required:
- Technical knowledge of international tax laws and regulations
- Tax accounting experience
- Communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Problemsolving skills
- Ability to work independently
Experience:
- Bachelor/masters degree with major in financetax CA/CIMA/ACCA/CPA or with 5 years of experience Irish expertise a plus
- Strong tax accounting and analytical skills
- Computer skills: proficiency in MS Office (Excel) and G Suite
- Strong ERP experience Oracle experience preferred
- Excellent interpersonal oral and written communication skills
- Detail oriented with ability to multitask
