Were looking for a compassionate detailoriented Learning Specialist (K12 to join our highperforming awardwinning charter school network. If youre passionate about helping students with IEPs thrive in a structured supportive environmentand value collaboration datadriven teaching and small caseloadsthis role is designed for you.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $56000$65000 (based on experience)
- $2000 signon bonus
- 7 paid personal days annually

Your DaytoDay As a Learning Specialist youll:
- Manage a small caseload of students with mild to moderate needs
- Provide direct and indirect instruction aligned to each students IEP goals
- Adapt general education content and collaborate with classroom teachers to ensure inclusive accessible learning
- Collaborate with other specialists and service providers to align supports and interventions
- Lead the IEP process including writing plans tracking progress and facilitating family meetings
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with state and federal special education laws
- Serve as a technical support resource for staff regarding IEP strategies accommodations and modifications

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
- Valid Colorado Special Education license or endorsement
- Experience managing IEPs and supporting students with disabilities in K12 settings
- Strong organizational planning and communication skills
- Satisfactory background and reference checks
