Department Overview
Motorola Solutions Finance Shared Service Center is a department of Motorola in Krakw which gives you anopportunity to participate in a setup of the new organization. The center is a part of our global network of Finance
Shared Service Centers which provides worldclass finance accounting and purchasing services to Motorola
branches in Europe Middle East Africa and the US region. It is a dynamic environment where your ideas and input

Job Description
Processing of Journal entries related to fixed assets transactions
Reconciliation of fixed assets balance sheet accounts
Monitoring analysis and clear Fixed Assets Aging
Preparing audit schedules related to FA and assist the auditors in their inquiries
Creating and monitoring a system of controls procedures and forms for the recordation of fixed assets
Recording fixed assets acquisitions and dispositions in the accounting system
Calculating depreciation for fixed assets
Review and update the detailed schedule of fixed assets and accumulated depreciation
Investigating the potential obsolescence of fixed assets
Conduct analyses related to fixed assets requested by management
Preparing Accounting Operating Review Schedules
Ensuring documentation of all processes is in place
Highlighting potential issues to management teams attention
Other ad hoc tasks as determined by the GL Manager/Team Lead
Basic Requirements
Masters Degree in Economics / Finance / Accounting
Excellent English/Polish language verbal and written communication skills required. Other languages an advantage.
Strong analytical/problem solving and influencing skills required.
Able to work under pressure and deal with various organizations/ cultures
PC Skills are required Windows NT Word Excel
Oracle Financial Systems experience a distinct advantage
Experience in quality or cycle time improvement efforts is a plus
