ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
Directly supervises nonexempt employees. Supervises and evaluates the work of individuals; has responsibility for subordinate performance and output. Provides supportive successfocused supervision to direct reports.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Associates degree required bachelors degree preferred with 3 years of experience working with vulnerable populations/ adolescents required.
CERTIFICATION / LICENSURE
Required to maintain TCI certification.
Must have valid drivers license and meet agency insurability standards for using agency vehicles and transporting youth.
