Primary Duties:
Present technical solution presentation for sales demos
Learn the D3 solution and technical elements of firewall security; competition; cyber industry landscape
Develop reporting for demos and POCs
Manage technical POC process with clients
Provide technical and development assistance to Development team if needed
Act as the technical liaison between Sales & Development
Act as customer success manager for key MSPs and/or offload Customer Success
burden by enhanced engagement with key MSPs
Requirements
Education or Experience:
BS degree or equivalent experience
1 to 3 years of experience in a cyber security technical role
Previous experience in businesstobusiness (B2B) sales or sales engineering a strong
plus
Hands on experience managing configuring or monitoring firewalls a strong plus
BasicQualification
Desire to further career in an SE role and/or transition from development or technical capacity to SE
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Presentation / technical demonstration experience; storyteller preferred
Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
Computer proficiency and the ability to accurately present material and generate reports
Insatiable appetite for learning; technical problemsolving skills
Ability to work in a fast paced sales environment and multitask
Ability to translate customer challenges into solution capabilities and benefits
