Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant API Automation ETL Database Python/Java
We are seeking a talented and experienced Principal Consultant with expertise in API Automation ETL (Extract Transform Load) Database Management and proficiency in Python/Java. This role will involve leading and managing endtoend automation solutions and integration projects while collaborating with crossfunctional teams to design implement and optimize automation frameworks and systems
Responsibilities
Able to independently create and maintain automation test jobs using tools such as Jenkins.
Ability to quickly adapt to new tools and evolving technologies.
Excellent verbal and written communication
Financial Industry particularly Equities Options Fixed Income and Futures trading and market data knowledge preferred.
Collaboration skills to work with global senior stakeholders build trusted partnerships
Selfdriven and flexible

Minimum qualifications
Bachelors / Graduation / Equivalent with equivalent experience.
Experience in Information Technology with expertise in test automation or backend application development.
Hands on experience of virtualizing services for test automation
Experience of working in distributed agile teams using agile frameworks such as SCRUM SAFe XP etc.
Experience in risk management productivity enhancement innovation
Hands on experience in creating test automation framework creating program level test plans and building long term test strategy and roadmap.
Hands on experience of programming concept such as OOPs in scripting languages like Java Python and JavaScript
Hands on experience of writing maintaining automated APIs tests written in Java Python using various opensource testing libraries like REST Assured etc.
Hands on experience on data reconciliation and batch test automation
ETL testing exposure is preferred.
Hands on experience with one or more querying languages such SQL (preferred) Oracle MySQL and/or No SQL databases (Cassandra MongoDB etc).
Hands on experience in automating backend REST services including writing custom functions using tools such as Postman REST Assured Cypress Ready API etc.
Hands on experience of working with continues integration tools such Jenkins Circle CI
Hands on experience working with source code management tools such as GitLab GitHub
Hands on experience of creating test reports from automation test run using tools such as cucumber report Extent report etc.
Preferred qualifications
Strong interpersonal skills
Midlevel lead with proven ability to lead teams and drive from the front.
Exhibit superior levels of ownership and accountability in coordinating all requests from clients.
Experienced working in an Agile setup preferably Safe Agile methodology
Ready to do a handson role.
Strong communication skills
