Bachelors degree required
5 or more years experience in management operations and project management preferably within a healthcare environment
PMP or other PM certification preferred

Additional Information
Standard office environment.
Frequent local travel to Partners sites.

General Overview
Reporting to the Partners eCare Clinical Program & Services Director the Partners eCare Clinical Program & Services Coordinator will assist in the coordination collaboration and of application and services enhancements application integration extensions development and system and functionality assessments.
Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating the work of the Partners eCare Clinical Program & Services team for the enhancement application integration extension and/or services development.
Assist in the development of functional requirements and specifications for enhancement extension application integration and other development work with Epic and Partners.
Coordinates the design build test and deployment of product extensions enhancements application integration developments. In collaboration with other project teams and Epic. Ensures end to end process and system objectives are met.
Identifies resolves and escalates issues to Partners eCare Clinical Program & Services Director as needed.
Facilitate and ensure that project teams complete work assignments in accordance with an established project timeline.
Provide ongoing project status reports to management user groups project steering committee and executive leadership
Provide quality customer service and serve as an exemplary representative of Partners eCare. Ongoing communication feedback and followthrough with customers and executive leadership is essential
Troubleshoots and triages production development issues to reach resolution with various application and development team members. Workday and offhour oncall responsibilities.
All other duties as assigned
