The Role:
In this pivotal role you will oversee the daytoday operations of our inhome care services ensuring seamless delivery of personalised support to our valued clients. Your leadership skills and commitment to excellence will be instrumental in maintaining the highest standards of care and fostering a positive supportive environment for both clients and staff.
Moreover the role involves pioneering innovative business solutions aimed at expanding revenue within the service and operations division. The Operations Manager will lead the way in identifying growth opportunities implementing new strategies and continually improving Baptcares service offerings. Simultaneously the role will ensure that cost leadership becomes a cornerstone commercial capability within the service and operations business teams ensuring efficient management of operational costs while upholding the quality of care and services provided.
The Ideal Candidate:
Possess a relevant tertiary qualification in nursing allied health or a related field with a strong understanding of aged care and community services.
Demonstrate proven leadership experience in a healthcare or community care setting with a track record of fostering highperforming teams.
Excellent communication interpersonal and problemsolving skills with the ability to build rapport with clients families and colleagues.
Strong organisational and time management abilities with the capacity to prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
A genuine commitment to delivering highquality personcentred care and upholding Baptcares values of respect integrity and compassion.
