The Team:
The foundation of IFS Technology team structure is meticulously crafted to drive business value and achieve engineering and delivery excellence. Our engineering teams operate at the functional level tirelessly delivering new features and enhancements aligned with business priorities. The two agilebased engineering teams Team 1 (Finance and Procurement) and Team 2 (Inventory and CMMS) consistently follow biweekly sprints to ensure timely and impactful results. Our collaborative structure ensures a seamless blend of expertise and dedication driving success in every aspect of our operations.
Ideal Candidate Traits:
Along with strong Asset Management background you bring in minimum 9 years of handson technical experience working on ERPs and non ERP technologies including portals and cloud.
4 years of team leading or people management experience.
Experience in full software development lifecycle code reviewing documenting solutions.
Experience of building custom services and integrations.
Experience in building Rest APIs and exposing them via API Gateways applying industry supported authentication mechanisms.
HandsOn experience in PL/SQL.
Good communication and coordination skills with stakeholders
Must have a focus on ensuring solutions built are of high quality modular and with better performance.
Must have strong analytical skills and experienced in investigating and tracing root causes for issues raised.
Experience of managing Agile teams
Desirable:
1. Seeking a Technical Engineering Manager with strong IFS/SAP & Asset Management domain knowledge
2. Experience in IFS and its module and additional products like MWO WaDaCo ERP implementation and upgrade experience will be added advantage.
3. Understand the configuring of single signon along with other authentication mechanisms.
4. A multifaceted role that requires strong leadership technical expertise communication skills and a strategic mindset. By effectively managing their teams and projects they contribute to the overall success of the organisation.
