Desired Work Experience: 10 15 years
- 8 Years of Client Facing Finance Consulting experience with an Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) background.
Travel Requirements: 0 weekly travel
Desired Education:
- Degree from a top tier university preferably in one of the following fields:
- Accounting Business Administration/Management Finance
- Computer Science
- Any Graduate/ Post Graduate
Desired Certifications:
- FCCS ARCS EDMCS
- CPA
Desired Skills:
- Demonstrates solid knowledge and experience with leading practices in the following areas:
- Month End Consolidation SEC and Statutory Reporting
- Financial Master Data Management
- Account Reconciliations
- Demonstrates solid knowledge and experience in leading technical implementation of EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) tools:
- Oracle Cloud EPM
- FCCS Financial Consolidation & Close Cloud Service
- EDMCS Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service
- ARCS Account Reconciliation Cloud Service
- PCMCS Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service
- Narrative Reporting
- Oracle Cloud EPM
- Demonstrates solid knowledge and experience in leading technical development of:
- General Oracle EPM configuration
- Business Rule / Calculation Development
- Data Integration EPM automate EPM Integration Agent
- Master Data Management
- User Security Configuration and Management
- Report Development
- Demonstrates solid knowledge and success in identifying and addressing client needs: building solid relationships with clients; developing an awareness of Firm services; communicating with the client in an organized and knowledgeable manner; delivering clear requests for information; demonstrating flexibility in prioritizing and completing tasks; and communicating potential conflicts to a supervisor.
- Demonstrates knowledge and exposure of the common issues facing clients in their industry.
