DescriptionAs a valued member of the Sales Operations team the Sales Operations Analyst will be responsible for providing analytical sales support for our EMEA Sales Teams while owning the sales commissions administration in its entirety.
This role will coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment; uphold team standards & processes develop and assess sales support reporting and analysis for leadership review and plan effectiveness assessment.
We seek a candidate with exceptional analytical and data skills to own data collection data validation and administration of sales commissions.
JOB DUTIES:
- Partner with key stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely performancetopayout SIP calculations
- Directly support local sales teams via research and resolution of commissionrelated inquiries (e.g. system access issues transaction disputes credits and payment calculations)
- Compile quarterly commission reporting for leadership review and plan effectiveness assessment
- Perform monthly commission analysis and calculate fullyear financial accruals
- Assist with the rollout of compensation plans and new processes tied to the measurement of the compensation plan and goals
- Ensure complete and accurate employee data and compensation plan detail
- Communicate directly with the revenue organisation as well as Senior Leadership to manage expectations and resolve issues regarding compensation
- Analyse data and trends and make informed recommendations to the sales teams and managers
- Ensure Sales teams have appropriate reporting dashboards and analytics with high quality data
- Maintain a deep understanding of SAP Commissions
- Contribute to the development or improvement of systems to effectively track or capture data
- Ad hoc reporting and analysis
- Perform additional responsibilities as requested or assigned
YOU MUST HAVE:
- Experience working as an Analyst for example Sales Operations Analyst Finance Analyst Data Analyst or similar
- Strong excel and data manipulation skills
- Highlevel communication skills
- Fluent in English
WE VALUE:
- Experience of managing and optimising compensation plans and processes (desirable not essential)
- SAP Commissions experience (desirable not essential)
- Business Intelligence (or equivalent reporting tool) experience
- Ability to work cross functionally within a large complex organisation
- Knowledge of and familiarity with common Sales Incentive tools
