The impact you will have:
Lead qualification and response strategy for all formal bids including RFP/RFQ/RFIs.

Drive new business and the win rate by positioning unique value propositions to potential and existing customers. Participate in handson collaboration with sales team and supporting departments using solid communication leadership and project coordination skills.

This role is hybrid with the expectation of working in the Toronto office a few times a month.

What you will do:

• Manage the end to end RFP process
• Lead crossfunctional teams to meet clientdriven requirements and deadlines
• Develop and deliver professional comprehensive quality response documents
• Evaluate and qualify all formal bids
• Coordinate response teams and all required subject matter experts
• Develop response plans that include workflow tasks owners deadlines etc.
• Coordinate and lead status calls to review and track progress issues and risks
• Assist in the development of response strategies in alignment with client requirements
• Monitor and control response process through to final submission
• Create best practices standard content and repository

What you bring to the table:

• 2 years of experience in the RFP/RFQ/RFI full lifecycle process
• 2 years of demonstrated projected coordination experience
• Time management and organizational skills in a dynamic deadlineoriented environment
• Possess exceptional leadership skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization
• Demonstrate ability to execute efficiently and effectively
• Strong writing skills
• Bilingualism in English & French an asset
• PostSecondary Degree or equivalent experience
