Hire Resolves client a wellestablished guesthouse is seeking a highly skilled hospitality manager who will be responsible for managing all aspects of two guest houses including breakfast service handling reservations managing guest checkins and checkouts and providing support in all operational areas
Responibilities:
- Oversee construction fitting and finalisation phases.
- Lead a small team to ensure a high standard of service
- Oversee daily operations: guest relations housekeeping breakfast service maintenance sales and
- marketing including social media and staff management.
- Use Nightsbridge software for bookings checkins checkouts and invoicing.
- Ensure guest rooms meet the highest cleanliness and comfort standards.
- Manage inventory stock and report necessary maintenance work.
- Efficiently handle guest complaints and manage online reviews.
- Oversee accounting duties including daily cashup petty cash and monthly reconciliation.
- Responsible for staff scheduling and efficient rostering ensuring payroll data is accurately submitted.
- Understand and manage budgets report monthly on financial performance.
- Motivate and maintain staff relations including scheduling duties and providing ongoing training.
- Collaborate with owners to enhance operational efficiency and guest experience.
Requirements:
- Hospitality Diploma/Degree
- Matric with above average pass
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office email social media and Nightsbridge.
