• Metallografische Untersuchungen Ermittlung der Einsatzhrte Nitirerhrte und Induktionshrtetiefe Gefgebeurteilung Spektralanalyse Restschmutzanalyse nach Kundenanforderungen magnetinduktive Rissprfung einschlielich Einrichtung Farbeindringprfung Faserverlaufstzung an Schmiedeteilen Schleifbrandprfung

Fertigungsbegleitende Qualittssicherung

• Mitwirken bei der Erstellung und Durchfhrung qualittssichernder Manahmen unter Bercksichtigung von Wirtschaftlichkeit und sowie QMStandardvorgaben.
• berwachen der Umsetzung von QMVorgaben damit die Produktionsprozesse in der Serienfertigung nach vorgegebenem Standard ablaufen.
• Feststellen dass chemische und physikalische Werkstoffeigenschaften von Rohteilen und Fertigteilen mit der Spezifikation ber den gesamten Produktionszyklus bereinstimmen
• Erstellung und Test von Messprogrammen fr die Hrteprftechnik
• Serienkontrolle fr die Hrterei nach Vorgaben des Prfplans
• Werkstoffuntersuchungen bei Fertigungsproblemen die auf Materialfehler hindeuten.
• Mitwirken bei der Schadensuntersuchung von reklamierten Roh und Fertigteilen mit Bewertung mglicher Ursachen

Werkstoffliche Wareneingangskontrolle

• Untersuchung von Roh und Fertigteilen nach Vorgaben des Prfplans oder nach Zeichnung fr die Wareneingangskontrolle Mitwirken bei der Entscheidung ber stoffliche Freigabe oder Rckweisung.

Erstbemusterung

• Werkstoffuntersuchungen im Rahmen der Erstbemusterung fr Wareneingangsteile und Fertigteile. Erstellung Prfbericht fr Kunden bzw. Lieferanten

Produktaudits

• Durchfhren stofflicher Produktaudits auf Anforderung des Messraums.

English:

Quality assurance during production

• Contributing to the development and implementation of quality assurance measures taking into account economic efficiency and standard QM specifications.
• Monitoring the implementation of QM specifications so that the production processes in series production run according to the specified standard.
• Determining that the chemical and physical material properties of raw parts and finished parts comply with the specification throughout the entire production cycle
• Creating and testing measuring programs for hardness testing technology
• Series control for the hardening shop according to the specifications of the test plan
• Material testing in the event of production problems that indicate material defects.
• Participation in the damage investigation of claimed raw and finished parts with evaluation of possible causes

Material inspection of incoming goods

• Examination of unfinished and finished parts according to the specifications of the test plan or according to the drawing for the incoming goods inspection participation in the decision on material release or rejection.

Initial sampling

• Material testing as part of initial sampling for incoming goods parts and finished parts. Preparation of test reports for customers and suppliers

Product audits

• Carrying out material product audits at the request of the measuring room.

Required Skills and Education

German:

• Fachspezifische 3jhrige Berufsausbildung z.B. Werkstoffprfer (m/w/d) (Metalltechnik) bzw. langjhrige Berufserfahrungen
• Abschluss als Staatlich geprfter Werkstoff und Prftechniker (m/w/d) wnschenswert
• Sehr gute Kommunikationsfhigkeit und Teamfhigkeit

English:

• Professional 3year vocational training e.g. Werkstoffprfer (m/f/d) (Metalltechnik) or professional experience
• Degree as a Staatlich geprfter Werkstoff und Prftechniker (m/f/d) preferable
• Very good communication skills and ability to work in a team
