Job Overview
Podar Education Network is seeking a dedicated and experienced Front Desk Executive for our location in Worli Mumbai. This is a fulltime midlevel position requiring 4 to 6 years of work experience. As a key point of contact for our prospective students parents and staff you will play a crucial role in upholding the values and reputation of our institution. Your expertise in front office operations will be vital in ensuring efficient and professional service at the front desk.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to create and manage documents spreadsheets and presentations effectively.
- Strong data entry skills with an eye for detail to ensure high levels of accuracy in documenting information.
- Exceptional guest relations skills to provide a warm and welcoming experience to visitors and stakeholders.
- Experience in receptionist duties including answering phones routing calls and managing inquiries and appointments.
- Efficient data management skills for maintaining and organizing records and information systematically.
- Ability to multitask effectively while maintaining organizational priorities to manage multiple responsibilities seamlessly.
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Solid front office operations experience (Mandatory skill) to ensure smooth and professional service daytoday.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors students and staff in a professional and courteous manner enhancing the overall experience.
- Manage the front desk operations and ensure the area is neat organized and properly maintained at all times.
- Answer incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately taking messages when necessary.
- Handle inquiries in person over the phone and via email providing accurate information and solutions.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments meetings and events maintaining an organized calendar system.
- Perform administrative duties such as filing scanning and data entry to support overall office functionality.
- Assist with inventory management for office supplies and ensure adequate stock levels are maintained.
- Work collaboratively with other staff members to maintain a harmonious and productive working environment.
