Account Executive

What does a successful Account Executive do at Fiserv

At Fiserv a successful Account Executive is responsible for identifying and selling additional products and/or services to existing customers. They are passionate advocates for our solutions helping clients utilize our products to their full potential and fostering longterm relationships. By understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions they contribute significantly to our companys mission.

What you will do:

  • Conduct product demos and effectively handle objections.
  • Identify and recommend products or services that meet customer needs.
  • Present promote and sell products/services using compelling arguments educating customers on how our offerings solve their problems.
  • Manage every step of the crosssales cycle from introduction to close.
  • Maintain a strong and organized pipeline in Salesforce CRM accurately recording all customer interactions.

What you will need to have:

  • Bachelors degree or 23 years of experience as a Sales professional/similar role preferably in the payments or financial industry and/or an equivalent combination of education work experience and/or military experience.

What would be great to have:

  • 2 years of experience using Salesforce CRM and managing a sales pipeline.
  • Highly motivated and targetdriven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Excellent selling and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to achieve sales targets consistently.
  • Certification in sales training or related programs.
