The ESS Learning and Development team is responsible for managing the learning needs of the workforce providing soft skills training opportunities across ESS in Poland and India. The learning opportunities are ultimately geared towards employee growth or career development as well as catering to an enhanced employee experience with business offsite events.

The candidate must have a sound understanding of endtoend instructional design strategies to produce impactful measurable results such as increased employee engagement and improved retention. They must also be able to manage and build a collaborative productive learning environment that captures the audiences attention and helps them meet their development end goals. They are expected to mentor and manage the learning content development for the resources in the Learning team.
What will your essential responsibilities include
Developing an awareness of the individual functional/business needs to create bespoke learning interventions
Manage the endtoend learning lifecycle including strategizing the learning framework designing learning strategies creating engaging learning activities and compelling course content
Visualizing instructional graphics the user experience and the finished product to enhance participant engagement
Facilitating learning sessions in a facetoface format
Creating communications to support the learning interventions and impact of the program back to the business
Managing the stakeholder relationships as well as guiding the internal development processes of the L&D team by providing review support and mentoring the team on learning content creation
Identify and engage with local training vendors to supplement internal L&D initiatives ensuring quality and relevance of external resources.
Engage in HRrelated projects including process improvement compliance and global programs
You will report to the HR Manager in Poland.
