Are you a financiallysavvy and analyticallydriven masters student with a keen interest in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) Manuchar is offering a unique opportunity for a talented M&A Intern to join our team at our headquarters in Antwerp Belgium. As an M&A Intern you will have the chance to work alongside experienced professionals gain handson experience in buyside market analyses and company valuation.
As an M&A Intern you will learn to build an investment case for acquisition targets as potential addon to the Manuchar group. You will work closely with our experienced M&A team and our private equity shareholder. This internship offers an invaluable opportunity to gain insights into the complete M&A deal cycle within our multinational organization.
Who are we looking for
- We are seeking final year master students in the field of Finance with a strong interest in M&A.
- You can join our team in our headquarters in Antwerp for a minimum commitment of 2 months with an availability of minimum 4days/week as from September 2025.
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is essential.
- An entrepreneurial spirit and a strong sense of responsibility for your deliverables are highly valued.
- Someone who chooses for the unique opportunity to gain handson experience in a challenging and competitive industry as this is an unpaid internship.
