Vacancy: SALES NEGOTIATOR Residential Estate Agency
Location: Bromley BR1
Salary: OTE: 30k
Position: Permanent Full Time

We have an exciting vacancy with an evolving and expanding Estate Agency group with offices in Bromley.
We are seeking a Junior Sales Negotiator who loves selling properties and who wants to develop their career with an energetic locally wellknown highstreet brand.
Previous experience in residential sales lettings or an industry with recognisable transferable skills would be a distinct advantage.
You will also need to be someone who is proactive articulate and influential with a passion for selling.

The Company: Our client is an independent Sales and Lettings agency with several local offices in and around Surrey Kent and West Sussex.
Skills required for this Sales Negotiator role will include:
- At least 12 months experience in Estate Agency or Sales / Customer facing role
- Sales experience essential
- High level of customer service
- Good telephone manner
- Wellpresented and wellspoken
- Ambitious and SelfMotivated
- Wellspoken and articulate
- Driving license essential
