This is a unique opportunity to join our SMR Legal and Compliance function a central part in our business strategy. We cover the comprehensive range of Sandvik compliance programs which consists of Trade Compliance Data Privacy AntiBribery and Competition and our Speak Up program. You support us with both strategic initiatives and handson activities ensuring the development of a solid compliance culture and robust processes throughout our organization.
About your job
In this role you focus on the Speak Up program and support various compliance initiatives helping us stay on top of things.
Included in your job:
- Speak Up case management triage of cases and assign them to investigator follow up and general administration of cases.
- Prepare monthly reports and statistics for the SMR Ethics Committee.
- Develop reporting dashboards and stats on the SMR Compliance program to provide insight into the compliance risks within the business and direct monitoring and assurance activities.
- Administrate various systems used within the Compliance function such as Navex Trade Automation Express and OneTrust.
- Provide general support to the Business Area Compliance team collaborating with the Compliance Officers within the business and other key stakeholders like HR.
The location for this position is at the World Trade Center in Stockholm and we offer you a hybrid worksetup allowing you to combine office work with remote work.
About you
Were looking for an analytical and enthusiastic team player with excellent attention to detail. We believe that you may have recently graduated with a degree in finance or legal and are ready to get to work. You have a keen interest in compliance and can work with numerous stakeholders. Innovation is in your core and you love to stay up to date. Acting in a truly global environment calls for excellent communication skills in English verbally and in writing.
