Key Roles and Responsibilities
1. Responsible for retention of schools in the designated territory along with the allocated team.
2. Responsible for revenue generation through upsell and crosssell of Ei products to existing schools.
3. Key account management (KAM) of schools through relationship building and providing product
consultation to key stakeholders (management principal teachers parents students).
4. Regularly conduct orientation sessions and workshops with relevant stakeholders
5. Ensure that all services are delivered efficiently and product usage at schools are effective.
6. Coordinate with the Product Team for a robust and agile feedback loop.
7. Be cognizant of market and competitor intelligence. Share market learnings with relevant teams
8. Gather and analyse the feedback and suggest improvement in the processes.
9. Conducting reviews and sessions in the assigned schools.

Requirements
Education and Experience
1. Strong educational background of teaching (Teachers training/B.Ed etc)
2. Understanding of Curriculums Assessments and Lesson Planning.
3. Relevant experience of at least 10 years with a proven record.
4. Willing to work the in the field and open to travel.
5. Proficient in MS Excel Word and PP
