Job Description
HMR is a national contractor providing a range of safe productive and quality contract mining drilling & raiseboring services to the mining and exploration industry across Australia.
Due to continued growth we are currently seeking a Recruitment Consultant to join our Team based in Kalgoorlie WA.
This position is a Monday to Friday residential position in the HMR Kalgoorlie Office.

ABOUT THE ROLE:
This is apeople focusedrole which provides recruitment in all areas of HMRs operational business units for Drilling Mining and Raiseboring.
- Requires proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant or similar role within the mining and exploration industries.
- Familiarity with Australian employment laws and recruitment best practices.
- Liaise with Labour Hire suppliers and all recruiting platforms including social media.
- Liaise with the HMR Operations Team to understand existing and future hiring needs.
- Strong proficiency in resume screening phone screening and interview coordination.
- Exceptional communication skills and professional demeanour.
