Job Description
A wellestablished multidisciplinary consulting firm is looking for a Professionally Registered Structural Engineer to join their team in their Centurion office in Gauteng.
Technical Requirements
- BSc (Eng) or B.Eng in Civil/Structural Engineering with Professionally Registration
- 5 to 7 years postgraduate experience in consulting engineering
- Good client liaison and able to lead a team of technical staff
- Knowledge of the JBCC GCC and other relevant building contracts
- Experience in managing project budgets and aligning it with client expectations
- Knowledge and experience of ISO quality management systems
- Extensive experience in the design of reinforced concrete and structural steel buildings
- Sound knowledge of the National Building Regulations SANS Code of Practice and the NHBRC. Knowledge of other international codes of practice will be an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Prokon Autodesk products and have strong digital abilities
- Conduct site inspections and evaluations
- Own transport and valid drivers license
