Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Bench Sales Recruiter with expertise in OPT (Optional Practical Training) and US Visa processes to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting and placing OPT CPT H1B and other work authorization holders in the IT industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify recruit and place OPT CPT H1B and other work authorization holders in suitable job positions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with candidates consultants and vendors.
- Understand and keep uptodate with the US Visa processes regulations and compliance requirements.
- Market bench consultants to various clients and job portals.
- Negotiate contract terms and rates with candidates and vendors.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain a database of candidate information and job placements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Bench Sales Recruiter in the IT industry.
- Indepth knowledge of OPT CPT H1B and other US work authorization processes.
- Strong understanding of the US Visa regulations and compliance.
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and job portals.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
