The Business Development team are looking for experienced Summer Reception Supervisor who are enthusiastic about delivering excellent standards of customer service.
This is a fantastic opportunity for passionate and customerexperience focused individuals to join Accommodation Catering and Events as a Summer Reception Supervisor to lead our teams to deliver a high consistent standard of customer service.
The successful candidates will be based at our Reception Centre located at Pollock Halls; however flexibility is required to support our other hotels which are offsite. Those successful in this role will work closely with the wider team to provide highlevels of customer service. This will involve dealing with inperson enquiries as well as handling any possible conflicts and complaints.
This post will be appointed at Grade UE04 step 1 which is 25733 per annum (pro rata if part time) plus 15 premium band.
