What is this role like

As a Product Marketing Manager youll play a pivotal role in shaping how Topsorts products are positioned packaged and brought to market. Youll bridge the gap between product sales and customers translating product capabilities into compelling stories that drive demand adoption and retention.

This role is ideal for someone whos equal parts strategic thinker and handson doer someone who thrives on understanding customer needs crafting sharp messaging and executing gotomarket strategies that move the needle.

You will:

• Lead gotomarket planning and for new product launches and feature releases partnering closely with product and sales teams.
• Develop clear differentiated messaging and positioning that resonates with target audiences across channels.
• Create and maintain highimpact marketing assets from pitch decks and onepagers to website copy case studies and product videos.
• Collaborate with sales to enable customerfacing teams with the right tools and training to win deals.
• Partner with growth and content teams to support fullfunnel campaigns that drive awareness and conversion.
• Gather customer and market insights to inform positioning pricing and product roadmap decisions.
• Own product marketing KPIs and use data to measure impact and continuously optimize.

What (we think) you need to be successful but were open to surprises:

• 5 years of experience in product marketing ideally in B2B tech SaaS or adtech; experience in retail media is a big plus.
• A strong understanding of product lifecycle marketing from launch strategy to postsales engagement.
• Exceptional communication and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex topics.
• Experience partnering crossfunctionally with product sales and growth teams.
• A datainformed mindset youre comfortable making decisions based on performance metrics customer insights and market trends.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple initiatives in a fastpaced environment.
• Proactive selfstarter attitude you dont wait to be told what to do.
• Fluency in English; other languages are a bonus.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for team offsites client visits and industry events.
