Job Description
- Overall responsible for Engineering Stores
- Managing the Materials receipt Issue Transfer etc
- Coordination with QA/QC/ user department
- Periodical Stock verification as per System stock
- Coordination with internal customers
- Ensure to adhere S.O.P (Standard Operating Procedure) for stores activities.
- Preparation of Goods Receipt Note (GRN) /Service Receipt Note NonReturnable/ Returnable Gate Pass etc.
- Managing Inventory activities held on daytoday basis
- Utilizing FIFO JIT (JUST IN TIME) method in stores (Batch/Lot) while material issue
- Properly Identifications of Inward material & move to Store. Proper storage & Preservation of materials
- Ensure optimum utilization of available storage Spaces
- Maintaining Material Requirement Planning (MRP)
- Materials issue to proper cost center/ Internal Order
- Reconciliation of Materials/Items
- Physical Verification of Stock as per guideline
- Ensure material availability for Stock Items for smooth flow of production
- MIS Reporting
