Job Description
Job Summary:
We are currently looking for a creative talented and dedicated GraphicDesigner to join our team. As our Graphic Designer you will be responsible forcreating effective aesthetically pleasing and innovative designs that meetour marketing needs. You will collaborate closely with our marketing and salesteams to develop graphics for our website social media print material andother mediums. This position requires a combination of creativity technicalskills and a strong understanding of current design trends.
Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and design visually compelling assets for relevant marketing channels such as social media website email prints etc.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to understand project scope and objectives.
- Work with brand guidelines to create layouts that reinforce our brands style or voice through its visual touchpoints.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects within design specifications and budget restrictions.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
- Review graphics layouts and fonts before designs are completed.
- Utilize graphic design software and work with a wide variety of media.

- Shapebrandstandardsandcreateprocedurestoensureallproductsarebrandappropriate.
- Supervisethedepartmentsdailyworkflowassignprojectworkloadandmonitordeadlinesandbudgets.
- Developexceptionalandwellcraftedcopythatmeetclientsrequirements.
- DevelopcontentfordisseminationviapressreleasessocialmediawebsitesandotherdistributionchannelsGraphicsWrittenCaseStudiesPresentationsFlyersBrochuresPostersetc
- Ensurethatkeymessagesalignwithvitalbusinessstrategies.
- Monitoronlineandofflinecampaignsandreportonresults
- Create contents based on Ad Guidelines
Requirements
Requirements:
- Certification in Graphic Design or related field.
- A minimum of 1 years of experience in graphic designing.
- Strong portfolio of design work showing the solution to business problems through effective design.
- Proficient in design software including Illustrator Photoshop InDesign and other industry standard tools.
- Strong understanding of color theory typography and design principles.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present your designs effectively and sell your solutions to various stakeholders.
- Ability to meet deadlines while working on team projects.
- Attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with animation or motion graphics.
- Experience in web design.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS/Wordpress.
- Experience with video editing software.
