Role Overview:
The Sales Consultant will be responsible for engaging with clients to identify their reward and recognition requirements developing tailored solutions and driving customer satisfaction. This role requires a proactive consultative sales approach and the ability to build longterm client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage and network with HR professionals to drive business growth.
- Develop new business opportunities through lead generation and prospecting.
- Utilize social media and LinkedIn marketing to expand reach and build relationships.
- Present customized reward and recognition solutions to meet client needs.
- Drive sales and business development initiatives in the Cape Town area.
- Meet with clients to assess theirreward and recognition objectives.
- Develop customized incentivesolutions based on client needs.
- Present proposals and solutions topotential clients.
- Build and maintain strongrelationships with new and existing clients.
- Achieve and exceed sales targetsthrough strategic selling.
- Provide excellent customer serviceto ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams toensure seamless solution delivery.
Experience working in a corporate B2B environment is essential! Were looking for a selfmotivated individual who takes the initiative to generate leads build a strong pipeline and contribute to business growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience in salesconsulting preferably in the rewards and recognition or HR solutions industry or corporate services.
- Strong customer service andrelationship management skills.
- Excellent communication andpresentation abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to meet andexceed sales targets.
- Selfmotivated resultsdrivenand capable of working independently or within a team.
- Experience in selling HR SaaSsolutions is an advantage.
- Familiarity with HRdecisionmakers and their key challenges when implementing SaaSbasedsolutions.
