Job description
we require a Senior RAE responsible for overseeing the surveillance systems analyzing recorded footage and reporting any suspicious or illegal activities detected. Below are the key details of the role:
Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitor multiple CCTV screens simultaneously across our business locations along highways
Identify investigate and report security breaches or suspicious activities
Regularly inspect and perform maintenance checks on surveillance equipment
Record and store all footage captured by the cameras
Write daily logs and incident reports
Job Brief: We are seeking a highly skilled CCTV Operator to ensure the revenue assurance of our businesses. The Sr. RAE will monitor and operate the CCTV cameras and associated equipment within the control room. The role includes detecting suspicious activities recording incidents and ensuring the safety and security of staff customers and property.
The ideal candidate should have experience in surveillance systems a keen eye for detail and the ability to remain focused during long observation periods.
Responsibilities:
Monitor and operate CCTV cameras and associated equipment in the control room
Adhere to protocols for maintaining the security of the CCTV control room and its facilities
Conduct regular checks and perform routine maintenance of CCTV equipment
Report suspicious activities and document incidents
Assist law enforcement authorities in investigations and operations
Ensure data privacy is maintained at all times
Respond swiftly to emergencies and follow emergency procedures
Perform other duties as required by management
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a CCTV Operator or in a similar role
Knowledge of CCTV systems and operations
Familiarity with public safety and security protocols
Ability to work under pressure and make quick decisions
Highly vigilant and detailoriented
Good communication skills
Ability to remain seated for extended periods
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Work Environment: The job requires long periods of sitting in the CCTV control room.
Reporting Structure: Reports to GM RA.
Salary: As determined by management based on the candidates experience qualifications and market/business considerations.
