Job Description
JD/Main Responsibilities:
1 Knowledge of parameters of site selection Components of solar energy sysytem installation of solar panel Safety standards and work procedures.
2 Knowledge of basic electrical wiring.
3 Training students on :
Assessing the installation site
Understanding the installation prerequisites
Arranging for installation materials
Mounting and installing the panels at customers premises
Ensuring effective functioning of solar energy system after installation
Other Specifications:
1 To develop a competency and skill sets in all students to perform effectively and efficiently in the workplace. The trainer should communicate to the Students about training objective .
2 Review training content & timely upgrade
3 Motivated the students for placement
4 Ensure Training Delivery in line with training objective & as per quality framework QP . Conduct various activity during training to maintain students interested
5 Monitor class attendance
6 Ensure referrals from the students for upcoming batches
7 Knowledge of various tools pertaining to respective job roles
8 Carryout the internalassessments
9 Ensure soft skill training such as Interpersonal Skills Communication SkillBehavioural skills 10 Ensure proper MIS reports to H.O.D.
