Job Description
Strong experience with use of change management techniques and the ability to apply them
Minimum 5 years complex technical project management experience in a multiplatform environment
Must have experience in multifacility implementations
Skills/Abilities/Competencies Required
Possess technical aptitude sufficient to learn how to setup maintain and troubleshoot Epics Data Courier interfaces.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent problem solving and negotiation skills.

General Summary/Overview
The Systems Programmer 2 is responsible for maintaining the Epic Data Courier configuration to support analyst build migration activities as well as other system wide and foundational data migration needs with Epic/Cache System.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for assisting with normal daytoday data courier administrative activities.
Responsible for assisting in the data migration change control process.
Responsible for assisting Epic applications teams in crafting and managing their SOP data migration requests.
Responsible for assisting in the auditing of data courier migrations to ensure compliance with defined standards and policies.
Responsible for assisting with designing data migration strategies and managing large data loads.
