Temporary Full time until 30 June 2028* 35 hours per week
Location: Orange preferred however all Regional NSW locations considered
Attractive salary from $125693 to $138510 pa superannuation leave loading Clerk Grade 9/10

About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Engagement Officer for the Farms of the Future program! This $46 million initiative by the NSW Government aims to increase the adoption of Agtech to increase productivity market competitiveness and better resource management. The program facilitates collaboration across government programs industries and communities to support adoption. This is a statewide program that ends in June 2028 .
As the Senior Engagement Officer you will lead high impact communication projects working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to support the programs success. You will develop and implement effective methodologies reporting tools and engagement strategies to ensure seamless project .

To be successful in the role you will bring
- Tertiary qualifications in communications business management and/or relevant experience
- Demonstrated experience in managing stakeholder engagement and communications projects.
- Strong ability to develop and implement communication strategies and performance monitoring solutions.
- Excellent problemsolving negotiation and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert advice to stakeholders on emerging project issues ensuring solutions align with strategic priorities.
- Lead and manage complex crossagency communication projects from planning to delivery ensuring alignment with project goals budgets and quality standards.
- Develop and implement innovative engagement strategies to support team collaboration stakeholder communication and lessonslearned activities.
- Establish and maintain strong stakeholder relationships through effective negotiation consultation and issue management.
- Prepare project documentation monitor processes and provide timely reports to support informed decisionmaking.
- Conduct industry research to assess economic social and regulatory factors that impact engagement strategies and project delivery.
