Job Description
We are actively seeking a qualified and dedicated Pharmacist to join our remote team with a focus on LongTerm Care (LTC). In this role you will play a vital part in optimizing medication therapy for longterm care residents collaborating with healthcare teams and ensuring adherence to regulatory standardsall from the convenience of your remote work environment. Preferred Qualifications:
- PharmD degree from an accredited pharmacy program
