Required Qualifications and Technical Skills
- Experience: 7 years in AI/ML development with at least 3 years deploying AI solutions on Azure.
- Expertise in machine learning frameworks: TensorFlow PyTorch or Azure ML SDK.
- Advanced knowledge of Azure AI Services: Cognitive Services OpenAI AI Document Intelligence.
- Proficiency in Python for AI/ML workflows.
- Handson experience with serverless architecture: Azure Functions Durable Functions.
- Familiarity with data pipelines using Azure Data Factory Azure Synapse or Event Grid.
- Strong understanding of NLP computer vision and RAG techniques.
- Proven experience with MLOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for model deployment.
- Certifications: Azure certifications such as Azure AI Engineer Associate Azure Data Scientist Associate or Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
- Soft Skills:Leadership experience mentoring skills and ability to design endtoend AI systems.
