Job Description
- Develop execute and oversee a business strategy that prioritizes growth and positive customer ratings
- Welldeveloped in presentable skills and understanding to identify new customer
- Recruit train and develop a team of insurance agents to create business opportunities
- Maintaining and updating sales and business development reports.
- Holding presentations and demonstrations for potential clients
- Preparesales contractsensuring adherence to lawestablished rules and guidelines
- Attend and manage networking events to attract and retain clients
- Marketing Executives spend a fair amount of time using their market research to prospect for leads.
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: Min 1year Experience
CTC: Up to 3 LPA
Location: Mota Varachha Surat
Preference: only Male candidates
