Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement innovative social media strategies to meet client objectives across platforms like Facebook Instagram LinkedIn and more.
- Oversee the creation of highquality engaging and onbrand content including visuals videos and copywriting.
- Plan execute and optimize paid and organic social media campaigns to maximize reach engagement and ROI.
- Mentor and train junior team members ensuring they understand best practices and stay uptodate with the latest trends.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools prepare detailed reports and provide insights to improve outcomes.
- Stay ahead of the latest social media trends tools and platform updates and implement them in strategies.
- Work closely with clients to understand their goals present strategies and provide regular updates on performance.
- Manage and resolve any social media crises or negative publicity effectively and professionally.
- Coordinate with other departments including content creation influencer marketing and performance marketing to ensure seamless of integrated campaigns.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in social media marketing with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
- Expertise in managing social media platforms including Facebook Instagram LinkedIn Twitter and others.
- Strong leadership and team management skills with a passion for training and mentoring team members.
- Proficiency in social media management tools like Hootsuite Buffer or similar platforms.
- Experience with paid social media campaigns and ad platforms.
- Strong analytical skills and familiarity with tools like Google Analytics Facebook Insights and others.
- Excellent communication creativity and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to multitask prioritize and meet deadlines in a dynamic work environment.
Location: Candidates based in Goa can apply.
