As the Assistant General Manager FOH Operations you will oversee all guestfacing operations leading the FOH team to deliver exceptional hospitality maintain service standards and create a welcoming dining environment. You will support the General Manager in driving business performance building team culture and ensuring guests enjoy a firstclass experience from the moment they walk through the door.
FOH Leadership & Guest Experience: Oversee all FOH operations ensuring a smooth engaging and hospitable environment for all guests.
Team Development & Training: Recruit coach and inspire FOH staff to deliver exceptional service while upholding company values and standards.
Operational Excellence: Manage service flow cleanliness cash handling and adherence to operating procedures to ensure a seamless dining experience.
Service Standards & Hospitality: Set the tone for professional friendly and consistent guest interactions.
Collaboration with BOH Leadership: Partner with BOH managers to coordinate service timing resolve issues quickly and ensure guest satisfaction.
ProblemSolving & DecisionMaking: Resolve guest concerns staffing challenges and service disruptions with a calm solutionsfocused mindset.
Business Operations Support: Assist the General Manager with scheduling performance reviews team engagement and operational improvements.
Passionate leadership with the ability to engage and develop a highperforming FOH team.
Proven experience in FOH or guest service management within a fastpaced highvolume restaurant.
Strong understanding of hospitality service standards and conflict resolution.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work a flexible schedule including early mornings evenings weekends and holidays.
24 years of FOH or restaurant management experience in a fastpaced dining or hospitality environment.
Proven experience in leading guestfacing teams and managing service operations.
Familiarity with POS systems service flow and basic financials.
Experience with scheduling training and team development.
Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management or related field is a plus but equivalent experience will be considered.
