We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer focused 2nd Line Customer Success Analyst to join our 2nd Line team and help us provide an excellent level of customer service and technical support to our users.
The remit and focus of the role is to support our users with second line queries which have been escalated from first line support owing to complexity or depth of request. Its a broad and exciting role so were looking for someone up for a challenge if youre a personable and a communicative problemsolver then this is the role for you.
