Job Profile :

Handle SAP Portal of BAJAJ Auto Dispatch Knowledge

Communication with Customer

Coordination with Production Dept for Dispatch.

invoicingandreceivedthe materialentry.WorkinginSAPfromMaterialReceivingToDispatch

AssurethemanagementofthestoreincludingsetupMaintenance&Allocationofthestock.

ManagethestorewithproperISOnorms.

CoordinationwithVendorsFactoryandPurchaseDept.Forthe arrangementofspareparts.

Propermaterialhandling&packingpackingaspercustomer&makethereadyfordispatch.

Takingofdecisionona nonavailablepartcomplaintwithhelpofPSH.

Issuingofa loantoASC/DSCforcompletionofcomplaint&thensettlementofloanwithin15days.

RaisethePOtootherbranchesforIBTifmaterialnotavailableata hub.

Preparingdailydispatchplan/scheduleforDispatch.

Physicallycheckingtheloadingmaterialinsideofthe vehicle.

Documentationafterthedispatch.

Checkingthetransportationbillsandtimelysubmissionforpayment.

TocoordinationandcooperatewithQCandPPCdepartment.

Workingina fullycomputerizedenvironmentwithSAP.

PreparingSalesInvoiceStocksTransferInvoiceReturnable andNonReturnableChallans.

Handlingthedispatchteam.

Planningofthevehiclecomingforloading&filling.

Makingproperdocumentationofeveryrecord.

MakingreportsonExcel(DetailforDispatch.

Transferalldefectivematerialtothe vendorinSAPandHandoverittovendorpeopleforrepair.

ManagingSubcontractorsdispatchesandreceiptsaftera process.

Managingthedispatchofrejectedmaterialtovendor
