Duties and Responsibilities
Manage a team of Area Managers Generate Deposit Mobilization through National Distributors Adding more Distributors Local knowledge of the market competition and industry. Will manage multiple territories Achieve overall growth of business by driving sales and profitability with a focus on improving productivity Will consolidate the sales strategy of the company with an indepth understanding of the market dynamics. Role Will Involve in depth traveling across the locations and relationship management of National Distributors
Competitive Assessment:
The individual should exhibit an indepth understanding of the competitive landscape and possess a strong hold on changing market dynamics. The individual will provide necessary updates and feedback to sales teams to achieve the desired business objective.
Team Management:
The incumbent will measure the productivity and efficiency level of the sales team closely and initiate corrective action to increase productivity per employee.

Required Qualifications and Experience
a)Qualifications Graduate/ Post Graduate b)Work Experience A minimum of 68 years experience in Sales. Must have managed two territories and a larger team. High energy levels selfmotivated and a Go getter. Experience in BFSI AMC or Financial House preferred.
