Job Description
Were looking for Back of House Team Members! At ChickfilA Edwardsville who want to Do Good Together by generously serving each other and our guests with excellence. We strive to do the right thing the right way every time.
As a BOH Team Member you will be part of our kitchen team cooking and assembling food orders quickly and accurately maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen observing health and sanitation guidelines and ensuring each guest leaves with a smile! We are looking for friendly enthusiastic people who enjoy serving customers. We will teach you everything else you need to know! Successful Team Members will conduct themselves in a positive attitude and truthful character demonstrating 2nd mile service to every guest who visits our restaurant.
At ChickfilA the Team Member role is more than just a job its an opportunity. In addition to working directly for an independent Operator team members gain life experience that goes far beyond just serving a great product in a friendly environment. We are looking for both fulltime and parttime team members. Team members must be available a variety of weekdays and on Saturday. We are looking for hardworking teamoriented friendly and honest people. STARTING PAY:
High School PartTime Team Members: $16.50/hour
College/Adults Part Time: $17/hour
College/Adults Full Time: $18/hour
