About the Role
SNDL is seeking a resultsdriven Territory Manager to drive sales develop strong retail relationships and ensure customer satisfaction. This role is ideal for an experienced sales professional with a background in consumer packaged goods (CPG) beverage or other competitive industries. The successful candidate will have strong business development skills a proven track record of exceeding sales targets and the ability to build lasting client partnerships.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Promote and sell products to retail partners and other relevant businesses.
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within the territory.
Conduct engaging product presentations and demonstrations to retailers.
Build and maintain strong longterm relationships with retail clients.
Deliver exceptional customer service with timely followups and support.
Address client inquiries concerns and feedback professionally and efficiently.
Stay ahead of industry trends market conditions and competitor activities.
Identify potential sales opportunities and emerging market trends.
Collect and analyze sales data to refine strategies and optimize performance.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities customer interactions and transactions.
Assist in the creation of sales materials presentations and promotional content.
Prepare and submit sales reports forecasts and key insights to management.
Engage in coaching and actively apply feedback to enhance performance.
Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field (preferred).
Proven success in sales preferably in consumer packaged goods (CPG) beverage or a competitive industry.
Strong sales negotiation and business development skills.
Excellent communication and relationshipbuilding abilities.
Ability to manage and grow a sales territory independently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
Selfmotivated resultsdriven and comfortable working independently.
Open to coaching feedback and continuous professional development.
Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory for client meetings and industry events.
Ability to pass a background check.
Frequent travel within the assigned region.
Flexible schedule including occasional evenings and weekends for client meetings and events.
