We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Development Representative to join our expanding sales team. As a Sales Development Representative you will play a key role in driving our companys growth by generating new business opportunities and fostering relationships with potential clients.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills a strong sales acumen and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. This position offers the opportunity for career growth and advancement in a fastpaced and rewarding sales environment.
Responsibilities:
Prospect and qualify leads through outbound calls emails and networking events
Conduct research on target accounts to understand their business needs and challenges
Engage with potential clients to identify opportunities and schedule meetings for the sales team
Collaborate with sales team members to develop strategies for lead generation and account penetration
Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all activities in the CRM system
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field 2 years of experience in sales or business development preferably in a B2B environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record of success in a sales role with a focus on generating new business opportunities
Proficiency with CRM software and other sales tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
