PRINCIPALJOSEPH W. MARTIN ELEMENTARY SCHOOLThe North Attleborough Public Schools is seeking a dynamic experienced and studentcentered educator to serve as the Principal of the Joseph W. Martin Elementary School. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with a strong commitment to fostering a positive inclusive and highachieving learning environment. This individual will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of school operations including curriculum implementation staff development student achievement and community engagement.Preferred Qualifications: A masters degree in education educational leadership or a related field. Possesses or is eligible for Massachusetts School Principal certification. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within an educational setting preferably at the elementary school level. Experience as an assistant principal or principal is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with staff students parents and the wider community. Experience in fostering a collaborative school culture that promotes teamwork inclusivity and shared decisionmaking is preferred. Proven ability to lead and support a team of teachers in implementing highquality instructional practices that promote student engagement achievement and growth. Experience with datadriven decisionmaking and the ability to use assessment data to inform instructional strategies is highly valued. Demonstrated ability to effectively supervise mentor and evaluate teachers and support staff. Experience in conducting formal and informal observations providing constructive feedback and supporting professional growth and development is highly desirable. Experience in managing school operations budgeting and resource allocation.
